How it links

The clinic visit, plus what sits around it

A clinician still decides. If a clinic uses PACT, this phone keeps booking, results, pill clocks, the next visit, and an anonymous notice — point to point, never a named file.

What PACT keeps

Five steps, and no name at any of them.

Pick morning or afternoon and why you are coming. No name and no phone number are sent.

The app does not diagnose or prescribe.

Privacy you control

  • A clinic that uses PACT sees a hash of this phone and a visit code — never your name.

  • Connect is optional, 18+, and says clearly if a treatment notice was sent.

Not a medical device and not a diagnosis. Clinics on the list have not endorsed PACT Safe. Linking phones is optional and 18+. Care and SOS never need a QR. Web reminders can miss — pin it to your Home Screen.

A quick look at Care

Four screens from Care. Then open it yourself.

Add it to your Home Screen

Three taps in Safari or Chrome. After that it opens like any other app. The store apps are the same product.

iPhone · Safari

iPhone only allows this from Safari. Open this same page in Safari, then follow the steps below.

  1. 1.Tap ShareThe square with the arrow pointing up — at the bottom of Safari.
  2. 2.Tap Add to Home ScreenIf there is a switch called Open as Web App, turn it on. Off opens Safari, with back, share, refresh, and the site name.
  3. 3.Tap AddDelete any old PACT Safe icon first. Opening the old one again still opens Safari.

Android · Chrome

Your browser can save PACT Safe like an app. Two taps. Nothing from an app store.

  1. 1.Open the browser menuThe three dots in the corner of Chrome or Edge.
  2. 2.Tap Add to Home screenSome browsers say Install app instead.
  3. 3.Tap AddIt lands on your Home Screen and opens full-screen — no browser chrome.
PACT Safe

Private sexual health navigation — risk checks, PrEP, PEP, check-ups and vaccines. Not a diagnosis. No dating-app or social-platform integration.

PACT Safe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Partner linking is for adults 18+. Care and SOS are open to anyone who needs them. Clinic names on this site are a care network we want to serve — not a claim that they endorse the app. Partner notices are fetched when the other phone opens Notices, not as lock-screen push. Web reminders can miss.
