PACT Safe is a communication, education and clinic-directory tool for sexual health awareness. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, testing, prescriptions or emergency care. Quiz scores and AI replies can be wrong. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before you act.
PACT Safe is not a medical device and is not cleared or approved by the U.S. FDA, EU MDR/CE medical-device pathways, or UK MHRA. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
After an 18+ QR handshake, a result you save can be delivered to the other phone’s Notices tab when they open this app. This is not a lock-screen push and can miss if they never open Notices, the inbox expires, or the network fails. Notices never name who, when, where, or the infection. HIV cannot be sent from a self-report. Tell partners yourself as well if they need to know.
Names, hours, phones and maps are compiled from public information and can be wrong or out of date. Call and confirm before you travel. A PACT walk-in code is not a medical record and is not a contract — a clinic does not have to honour it until they have an agreement with us. Listing an organisation does not mean they endorse PACT Safe.
Dose and SOS timers on the web may not ring if this tab is closed, the browser is asleep, or notifications are blocked. They are not a substitute for your own alarm, a clinic appointment, or emergency care. Adding the app to the Home Screen can help — it does not guarantee an alarm.
PACT Safe is provided as-is, without warranty. The publisher is not liable for STI transmission, delayed or missed care, missed alarms, inaccurate clinic hours or phone numbers, AI answers, missed partner notices (the other phone must open the app; this is not lock-screen push), or any loss from using or not using the app. You are solely responsible for seeking in-person clinical care. To the fullest extent allowed by Thai law, liability is limited to direct damages. Mandatory consumer rights under Thai law are not waived. This app is not an emergency service — in Thailand call 1669 or go to a hospital.
We design for anonymity: the consumer app does not ask for your name, phone, national ID, or a permanent GPS trail. Optional “clinics near me” may read location once in your browser and discard it. Clinic staff accounts use work email. Optional device sync may use Apple/Google sign-in. AI replies are generated by third-party models after on-device scrubbing. Connection logs are deleted after 180 days. The publisher stores aggregate usage counters (UTC day, coarse country code, event name) with no identity. This is not a GDPR, PDPA or HIPAA certification.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. If you turned on optional sync, delete the backup from Sync as well as Erase on this phone.
If you are under 18 you can still use Care, the clinic list, emergency PEP guidance and SOS. Do not use Connect to link sexual partners. If you were hurt, go to a hospital or a child-protection / crisis line. Crimes against children must be reported to local authorities — this app is not a substitute for that.
