Pills to prevent HIV, and vaccines

A daily pill can lower the chance of HIV. An antibiotic after sex can lower the chance of some other infections. Your contraception and vaccine dates stay on this phone. This app does not give medicine.

Prevention pills and vaccines

Reminders on this phone. This app does not give medicine.

Not a medical device or diagnosis. Ask a clinic about tests and medicine.

Pills and reminders

A private alarm on this phone — birth control, any medicine, or a few optional dates. Nothing is uploaded.

  • Daily birth control pill reminder

A private daily alarm so you never miss a pill. The time is stored on this device only.

Optional dates

A morning-after clock, a shot or IUD clinic date, or a simple period reminder. Skip anything that isn’t yours.

  • Shot / implant / IUD check-in

Next injection, implant check, or IUD visit. One date, on this phone.

  • Period reminder

Last start plus how long your cycle usually is. No chart, no sharing.

An antibiotic after sex

If a clinician prescribed doxycycline after sex, it can lower the chance of syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea. It is mainly for men who have sex with men and trans women, and not for pregnancy. This timer follows your clinician’s hours. This app does not give the medicine.

HIV PrEP / PEP reminders

These pills work best at the same hour every day. The alarm follows your home time zone, even when you travel.

Extra pills after sex — 72 hours (Doxy-PEP)

No calendar, no routine. Start the countdown when the risk ended, and take the single 200 mg doxycycline dose before it closes — if your clinic prescribed this. Never more than one dose in 24 hours.

A quiet daily reminder for doxycycline or HIV pills (PrEP/PEP). The lock screen stays generic.

These pills need a clinic. Follow their dose; this timer never diagnoses or prescribes.

💉 Vaccination history (voluntary)

Log your sexual-wellness vaccines with one tap. Dose counts only — no clinic, date or ID data, and everything stays on this device.

  • HPV vaccine

Protects against genital warts and HPV-related cancers. Log dose 1, 2 or the completed series.

Often 2 shots about 6 months apart (sometimes 3). A clinic will set the dates.

  • Hepatitis B vaccine

    Track your immunity series.

Usually 3 shots over months — a common pattern is month 0, then 1, then 6.

  • Hepatitis A vaccine

Hep A can pass through sex. Log dose 1 or both shots.

Usually 2 shots about 6 months apart.

  • Mpox (monkeypox) vaccine

    Track completed preventative doses.

Often 2 shots about 4 weeks apart.

Ask the clinic — this is the usual spacing, not your personal order.

There is no vaccine yet for HIV, syphilis, or chlamydia.
