- Diamond Head Health Center, Honolulu: testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections are free and confidential. No health insurance is needed. Ages 14 and up can be seen without a parent. They can test for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis and a finger-prick HIV test. HIV and syphilis tests depend on risk. They do not test for herpes, HPV or hepatitis here, and they do not give PEP. If the exposure was in the last 72 hours, go to an emergency department. Call (808) 733-9849.
