- M Clinic, Perth: a nurse visit is 35 Australian dollars. If you cannot pay, tell them and they can waive it. After the Medicare rebate, a doctor visit leaves 35 dollars to pay. If you have no Medicare card, ask them the cost. A concession card can make the visit bulk-billed or free. Cancel at least 3 hours ahead or the missed-visit fee is 20 dollars.
